Delivery

MyPrecious offers our customers free shipping and onsite pickup options. Below is all information and fees:

 

1. DELIVERY LOCATION

• For the Toronto and GTA region;

• Free shipping with no minimum purchase;

 

2. Domestic

• For all other Provinces;

• Purchases up to $50.00 Shipping cost: $14.90;

• Purchases up to $100.00 Shipping cost: $7.90;

• Free shipping on purchases over $100.00.

• Express delivery 1-2 business days Shipping cost: $21.90;

3. US Cross-Border

• Purchases up to $50.00 Shipping cost: $7.90;

• Purchases up to $100.00 Shipping cost: $19.90;

• Free shipping on purchases over $100.00.

• Express delivery 2-3 business days Shipping cost: $34.90;

 

POSTAGE TIME: 2 working days after payment confirmation.

Upon finalizing the purchase, the customer agrees that, from the moment the item leaves for delivery, the entire logistics of the purchase becomes the responsibility of Canada Post. The delivery time displayed on order is an estimated average time stipulated by the system. If there is something unforeseen in your order, we can file a complaint with Canada Post, which will be answered within five working days.

Note: All deliveries are subject to CanadaPost's delivery restrictions and policies.

We have an onsite pickup option for those who live in TORONTO and in the Markham area. 

If the customer wishes to receive their order in a shorter time, the pickup can be made on-site, with a date and time to be agreed upon.
